Epic said over 30 collaborations are planned for 2026, continuing into 2027. Read the roundup.
Epic also said the store now has more than 6,000 games from over 3,000 partners and that player spending on third-party PC games grew 57% in 2025, reaching $400 million. The company said it is rebuilding the launcher and storefront backend to ship features faster. Source.
Why Fortnite players should care
- Epic is turning store purchases into Fortnite rewards.
- The cross-promotion expands the bridge between PC games and Fortnite cosmetics.
- Epic says the collaboration slate runs through 2027.
For Fortnite and UEFN audiences, this matters because it hints at a broader Epic ecosystem where game purchases, cosmetics, and creator-facing IP promotions are increasingly tied together. That could influence both player behavior and how branded content is marketed in and around Fortnite. Epic’s announcement
Epic’s public-facing statement does not name every partner in this program, so the safest reading is that the initiative is broad but still rolling out in stages. State of Unreal 2026
