Epic Games Store support says players can unlock the Excalibur outfit in Fortnite by purchasing an eligible Warframe DLC or add-on through the Epic Games Store on PC or mobile.

How the promotion works

Eligible Warframe DLC/add-on purchases qualify for the promotion.
The outfit is automatically granted to the Fortnite account after purchase.
Epic says gifting the eligible content through the store can grant the reward to the recipient.
If a player already bought Excalibur in Fortnite and later qualifies through Warframe content, Epic says they receive 1,500 V-Bucks instead of the outfit.
