Epic pays no fixed rate. A creator earns a share of a monthly pool (40% of net Item Shop revenue + sponsorships) weighted by paying-player engagement, playtime and retention. Epic publishes neither the pool size nor total engagement, and per-island payouts are private — so this is an estimate, not a quote.

We approximate it as monthly minutes played × a back-solved $0.40–$1.80 per 1,000 minutes (mid $0.80), anchored on Epic's 2024 figure of $352M paid across ~313.8B creator-island minutes (~$1.12/1k), discounted because only paying players' minutes have counted since Nov 2025.
