New character voice rules
In the same post, Epic says it added consistent voices and personas for 36 Fortnite characters when they are used as NPCs. The company says those performances were captured from independent professional actors for developer-made islands. Fortnite news
What changes for creators
- Epic says it will add new Creator Portal analytics to track how players engage with conversations.
- The company says it will monitor capacity once islands go live to players on July 30.
- Epic says it may add rate limits over time as it gathers feedback and usage data.
