What changed in 5.8
- Mesh Terrain is introduced as an Experimental 3D terrain system.
- MetaHuman Collections are new for larger crowds and population workflows.
- Dataflow for Chaos Cloth is now Production-Ready.
- The Unreal Engine Remote app and Android workflow setup were improved.
- Epic added an Experimental MCP plugin for LLM-connected development workflows.
